2.1 Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)

This is a dedicated unit that focuses on providing critical care to young ones; by a team of specialised experts, backed by the latest technology and infrastructure. The PICU is also supported by a team of paediatric sub-specialists like Paediatric Cardiology, Paediatric Pulmonology, Paediatric Surgery and more.

This is a facility, wherein a patient is admitted to keep a track of all vitals and parameters, till they are completely out of the danger zone and can be admitted to the regular wards/IPD. Hence, the care delivered here needs to be very precise, infection-free & efficient; to aid in the recovery of the child further and avoid any serious complications.

2.2 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Once a baby is born, they are technically referred to as a Neonatal/Newborn; until the age of 28 days. In this period, they are very volatile and susceptible to infections and other sudden organ dysfunctions or complications. It is during this time that they require the most precise and warm care, to get them through this phase and onto a healthier future.
