• Catheter directed Thrombolysis in Pulmonary Thromboembolism Cases dealt at Park Hospital Karnal pain, perspiration and restlessness on 9th August 2020. She had BP 100/70.
ECG showed Acute IWMI.
2 D echo showed heart function of 35%.
After explaining the disease and urgency of Invasive Dxtic evaluation She was taken for CAG.
Her CAG revealed TVD with 100% occlusion of RCA.
She underwent primary PTCA and stent to RCA.
Also Simultaneous stent to LAD and LCX was done.
Overall patient received 4 stents to have a satisfactory result.
She improved with the treatment. She was discharged after 2 days of uneventful stay in ICU.
Mr Kuldeep Deman 77 yrs old Gentleman was admitted with history of 4 hrs history of chest pain.He had BP of 70/50. In ours emergency he was taken on on inj NE support.
He had hemodynically unstable VT in Emergency for he got cardioverted successfully.
ECG showed Acute Ant Wall MI. 2 D echo showed Heat function of 30%.
Case was discussed with relatives.After explaining the risk to life patient was immediately taken for CAG.
CAG revealed significant LM osteoproximal stenosis and 100% Flush Ostial LAD occlusion.
Patient underwent LM to LAD stenting with 1 stent.
The procedure was successful.
Patient improved in terms of symptoms and hemodynamics.
Iontropic support was gradually withdrawn in 6 hrs.
His subsequent ICU stay was uneventful.
He was discharged after 2 days of stay in ICU.
His heart function after 2 months of F/U has improved to 45%.

Cases Managed

Patient with Bilateral Tonsillitis and Adenoiditis posted for surgery, had acute bronchospasm for 8 hours – case managed and discharged 3 days later.
